Pa's Pumpkin Patch

Hailey and I had the best time at the pumpkin patch on Sunday. To date, it was one of my favorite days...

She was all decked out in her Halloween sweater and walked right in to pose for the first of many pictures.

She spotted the "horsies" from the ticket counter. I noticed that parents weren't allowed in the pen and never in a million years thought she would let a man take her from my arms and place her on the pony. To my surprise she went for it and had a blast. And yes, I was the crazy mom with the camera cheering...

Next was the pink elephant ride. This little 4 year old that we met in line was kind enough to invite Hailey to sit with her. There is something very sweet about watching your little one interact with others. Here was a cute exchange.

Hailey loves the carousel... she's a pro at this!

I think I would really benefit from a personal photographer that went everywhere with me... that way I'd have some good pictures of me and my girl. Until then, I get these:

Inside the petting zoo, Hailey checked out all the animals (goats, bunnies, pigs, sheep, chickies). She was curious yet cautious...

This little blonde girl invited Hailey to "drive" the train which was pretty cool

And on the way out she sat for one final picture with some decorated pumpkins

It was a terrific 2 hours that I hope we never forget :)
