I brined and roasted the turkey along with the stuffing and green beans. Oh, and a cheesecake. Mom did the corn casserole, garlic mashed potatoes, appetizers and apple pie. Tommy handled some brusselsprouts with pancetta and an assortment of cheese and crackers.
